Easy Summer Grill Clean-up

Your grill is probably the most used appliance in the summer, but cleaning it can be hard work.

No one wants to taste last week's grilled chicken while biting in to this week's burger. To keep foods tasting great follow this simple method for cleaning your grill.

It's best to clean your grill right after you're done grilling while it's still hot and the bits of cooking residue haven't been left to harden. So if you're starting with a cold grill then you will need to heat it up for about 15 minutes. Once the grill is hot grab your grill brush and start scraping off the bigger chunks of cooked on grime. To get the grate shining simply rub on some vegetable oil. Use a paper towel and some tongs to rub the oil on the grate. This will remove any buildup you missed with the brush and coat the surface so that food doesn't stick next time you grill out.
