How Often Do You Clean Your Pillows?

We remember to throw our pillow cases in the wash when we wash our sheets, weekly. However, how often do you clean your actual pillow? Some people never even consider this until it is suggested. Pillows can harbor germs, dust, dead skin cells etc.…gross! But not to worry there is a quick fix.

If your pillow still has a tag, first check the tag for washing instructions, but if there is no tag, like most of our pillows, just throw it in the washing machines. Use warm water and run on a "gentle" cycle. Let air dry or if you feel comfortable, keep an eye on it in the dryer.
